MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR - MASTER AARON ROVAK

Master Aaron Rovak 5th (Go) Dan

After starting his martial arts journey at the age of 8, He has gone on to receive black belts in multiple systems. After some years of doing demonstrations in forms, breaking and self defense, the need to expand the mindset and application of his knowledge of self defense and combative level training became apparent.

This new thought path led him to cross train with many like minded individuals from multiple disciplines and often in related field lines of work such as military/law enforcement personnel and body guards. Constantly looking beyond the confines of his current style for a better way of relaying the information to whatever demographic the current group of trainees happened to be.

Teaching since 2005, he has been fortunate to help young and old alike at several levels of needed skillset. Working with the physically capable and the handicapped to help them build stronger bodies and mindsets for life.

In 2022 he was awarded the master rank by Grandmasters outside of his former martial system affiliations, for time spent in cross training and teaching with and for multiple systems for the betterment of the community at large.

After his last government contract, he felt it was important to stay close to family and help build the martial community with the next generation of kids and adults alike. This school was opened in 2022 as his attempt to bridge the gap in the old ways of doing things with modern thought and practices.
