At FSMA we believe that in order to excel at anything in life, you should possess a strong body, a disciplined mind, and the heart to learn the hard lessons. We will always endeavor to find and develop students who are willing to put in the effort to achieve something worthwhile, and give them the tools to achieve it.          At surface level, this is a traditional martial arts program with all the usually advertised benefits: discipline, focus, increased flexibility, self defense etc. Beneath the surface it's a much more all-encompassing program (throws, joint locks), not restricted to one style. The curriculum has been built from the ground up to provide not only a high quality traditional experience, but to train for life. The instructors are cross-trained in multiple disciplines and have years of experience teaching children and adults.

This is a place where anyone can succeed IF they are willing to work hard.
